Arbitration Clause

Please note that in case any dispute arises and Parties fail to reach an amicable settlement, on any or all disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with this Policy, such disputes or differences shall be referred to Arbitration at the request of either Party upon written notice to that effect to the other. Arbitral Tribunal comprising of a sole arbitrator shall be nominated mutually by both parties in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall be held exclusively in New Delhi.
